What is Online Complaints (CPGRAMS)?

CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System) at pgportal.gov.in allows citizens to lodge complaints against any central government ministry or department. All complaints must be resolved within 30 working days.

  • Any Indian citizen with a complaint against central government departments
  • Pensioners (separate Pensioners Grievance portal)

Step-by-Step Guide

Register on CPGRAMS

Visit pgportal.gov.in and register with mobile/email.

Lodge Grievance

Click "Lodge Public Grievance", select ministry/department, and describe the issue.

Upload Evidence

Attach supporting documents (max 2MB).

Submit & Get Registration Number

Submit to get a Registration Number for tracking.

Track & Escalate

Track at pgportal.gov.in. If unsatisfied, give feedback and escalate within 30 days.
