File Grievances Against Government — Online Redressal
CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System) at pgportal.gov.in allows citizens to lodge complaints against any central government ministry or department. All complaints must be resolved within 30 working days.
Visit pgportal.gov.in and register with mobile/email.
Click "Lodge Public Grievance", select ministry/department, and describe the issue.
Attach supporting documents (max 2MB).
Submit to get a Registration Number for tracking.
Track at pgportal.gov.in. If unsatisfied, give feedback and escalate within 30 days.
Complaints against Central Government departments (Railways, Post, Banking, EPFO, IT etc.). For state issues, use respective state portals.
You can give feedback and request escalation to senior officers within 30 days of resolution. If still unsatisfied, approach PMO.
Yes, use your Registration Number at pgportal.gov.in > Track Grievance to check current status.
