The CoWIN (COVID Vaccine Intelligence Network) platform was developed by the Government of India for managing COVID-19 vaccination. The portal remains active for certificate download and verification.
Go to the official CoWIN portal.
Enter mobile number registered during vaccination and verify with OTP.
See your vaccination history with dose dates and vaccine names.
Click "Download Certificate" for each dose. QR-code enabled PDF is generated.
Scan QR code to verify authenticity at verify.cowin.gov.in.
Log in to CoWIN, click "Raise an Issue" to request correction with supporting document.
Yes, CoWIN certificates are accepted by most countries.
Visit vaccination center with Aadhaar and photo ID to get mobile number updated.
