Visit digilocker.gov.in or download the app. Register using Aadhaar-linked mobile.
Enter Aadhaar number and OTP to verify identity.
Create a DigiLocker username and password.
Go to "Pull Documents" and fetch documents from government issuers (CBSE, RTO, UIDAI, etc.).
Share documents via email/link or present QR code for verification.
Yes, DigiLocker documents are legally valid under IT Act 2000. Driving License and RC from DigiLocker are accepted by traffic police.
1 GB of cloud storage per user for uploaded documents. Issued documents (fetched from issuers) have unlimited storage.
