NOTTO (National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation) is the apex national body for organ and tissue donation under the Ministry of Health. It manages the national registry of donors, maintains waitlists, and allocates organs from deceased donors.

Fill details, select organs you wish to donate.
Download your Organ Donor Card as PDF.
Inform your family about your decision — family consent is needed at time of donation.
Keep donor card in wallet. Mention on DigiLocker for easy identification.
No, the body is treated with utmost respect in a surgical setting and restored for funeral.
Yes, living donors can donate one kidney, part of liver, or bone marrow to close relatives.
