What is Organ Donation (NOTTO)?

NOTTO (National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation) is the apex national body for organ and tissue donation under the Ministry of Health. It manages the national registry of donors, maintains waitlists, and allocates organs from deceased donors.

Who Can Apply

  • Any Indian citizen aged 18+ (with consent)
  • Minors with parent/guardian consent
  • Next of kin for deceased donor pledging

Download your Organ Donor Card as PDF.

Keep donor card in wallet. Mention on DigiLocker for easy identification.
