The Pensioners Portal under DPPW provides central government retirees with pension status, Jeevan Pramaan life certificate, family pension, and grievance services for 35 lakh+ pensioners.
Go to pensionersportal.gov.in for all pension services.
Enter PPO number and bank account to check pension payment status.
Submit annual life certificate via Jeevan Pramaan app using Aadhaar biometric or face authentication.
Use CPENGRAMS for pension complaints — target resolution within 30 days.
Family member applies at the bank with death certificate, marriage certificate, and ID proof.
Annual submission in November. Doorstep submission available for senior/differently-abled pensioners via Jeevan Pramaan app.
Aadhaar-based Digital Life Certificate using biometric or face authentication via mobile app — no bank visit needed.
Visit the pension bank with death certificate, marriage certificate, and identity proof of the family member.
