Land Records, Property Registration & Encumbrance Certificate
Property registration and land records are managed by state governments. The DILRMP (Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme) provides online land record access. Property registration is done at Sub-Registrar offices with stamp duty payment.
Visit your state land record portal (Bhulekh UP, Bhoomi Karnataka, Mahabhulekh Maharashtra etc.).
EC shows all transactions on a property. Get at Sub-Registrar office or online where available.
