What is Digital Payment Services (UPI)?

India's Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a real-time payment system by NPCI allowing instant money transfers via mobile. BHIM (Bharat Interface for Money) is the government's UPI app. All UPI person-to-person payments are free for individuals.

Download BHIM/UPI App

Download BHIM App or any UPI-enabled app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) from Play Store.

Register with Mobile Number

Register using the mobile number linked to your bank account.

Add Bank Account

Select your bank and verify with OTP. Your bank account is linked.

Set UPI PIN

Set a 4 or 6-digit UPI PIN using debit card details for transaction authorization.

Send/receive money via UPI ID, QR code, or mobile number. Instant 24x7 transfers.
