TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulates mobile, broadband, and telecom services. Citizens can file telecom complaints on the Sanchar Saathi portal, register for DND, port mobile numbers, and check SIMs linked to their Aadhaar.
File complaint at sancharsaathi.gov.in for SIM fraud, mobile theft, or service issues.
Register on DND at nccptsp.gov.in or SMS DND to 1909 to stop spam calls.
SMS PORT to 1900 to change operator without changing number. Follow MNP process.
Use TRAI My Speed app to test internet speed and report poor quality.
